TwitterFon (iTunes link) is a new Twitter client that I am trying out on my iPhone. So far, it seems pretty attractive. The asthetics are pleasing, it seems to include all the features I use except for inserting a link from Safari (like Twitterific does). It appears to display feeds much faster than Twitterific as well.
Give it a shot – it’s free!

The google app on iPhone has received a new feature: the ability to perform a search based on what you tell it. Simply open google on your iPhone, and as the animated graphic instructs you to do, raise the phone to your ear as if talking to someone, and after you hear the tones, say your search phrase.
It seems to work well with my tests. At first I tried “test,” and the results came back as though I had mumbled the word “kids.” No problems after that though.
At first I scoffed at the idea. I mean, how lazy do you have to be to use this, right? Apparently as lazy as me. I like.

The actor stirred the pot on election day when he couldn’t vote at his usual location. He went so far as to get a court order to “pull the lever.” The voting board has responded. Dude moved to another location in 2004, hence his poll location changed. It was never caught sooner because he hasn’t voted recently. Oops. Cat’s out of the bag now Timmy, huh?
Now he’s claiming some type of cover-up. Sure Timmy. It’s a cover-up. Last I checked, no one’s paid to keep track of where you live and update your address. Sometime, someplace, you had to have changed your address. Like when you get a new driver’s license – they give you the option to update your voting registration. Read the full story here.

iPhone.
At this time, Steve – no, not that Steve – Ballmer, aka Monkeyboy, is stating that Android isn’t a competitor – yet. When will this guy get clue? I mean, come on, here he is talking some smack that Apple iPhone doesn’t have a chance. Not. A. Chance. Check out the video here where he laughs at iPhone.
Oh really? Here’s a recent article talking about how iPhone has outsold RAZR, is listed as top selling handset this quarter, and has sold over 10 million of the Jesus Phones so far.

whiners.
See here. People are complaining that they can’t get the free wifi service available from ATT because ATT requires the use of a text message for authentication before they let you use it for free.
What’s the catch you say? They have their text messages disabled.
Solution? Quit being cheapos! You’re using a premier phone, drinking coffee at a premier (arguably) barista. Spend the extra $5-10 a month and get some text messages. Problem solved.
